Join us every Tuesday for a low-intensity run or walk designed to support both your body and mind.

 

We  focus on controlled breathing, intentional movement, and steady endurance to help clear your mind, build mental strength, and boost your mood.

Thursdays

Strength and power  
 

​​Join us on Thursdays for  high-energy, runner-focused strength sessions that build powerful legs, strong glutes, and a stable core to help elevate your speed, endurance, and overall performance.​

Saturdays

Run For Wellness
 

Challenge yourself with a 3K, 5K, or 10K run and discover what you’re capable of.

 

With consistent support and encouragement, you’ll build endurance, gain confidence, and improve week by week.

​Please note:

Our sessions take place at local tracks, city parks, and trails, with locations varying each week. Dress comfortably and come ready for the outdoors!​
